Since its acquisition of Orascom Housing in 2020, NCD has been holding a land bank of 825 acres, 530 acres of which have already been developed. NCD projects span across Cairo’s 6 of October City and the Upper Egypt area, with further project expansions underway.

New City Developments (NCD) is a leading developer of fully integrated communities through mixed-use real estate projects across Egypt. Initiating the concept of fully integrated towns in 2020, New City Developments currently holds a land bank of 825 acres on 6th of October, Cairo and in the city of Qena, Upper Egypt, and soon to be all across Egypt.

Executive Chairwoman
With more than 35 years of accomplishments across multiple industries most prominently in real estate investment, trade, finance, and tourism, Dr. Manal has held office as Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Member of Shura Council. Dr. Manal has pioneered the development of major magnates to achieve a track record in sales, operational efficiency and in reducing operations and supply chain cost such as Orascom Development Egypt, E-Finance, and Lazard Freres. She has earned her MA from AUC and her Ph.D. in Public Administration from Cairo University.
Chief Executive Officer
Eng. El Nady has a track record of an array of accomplishments leading to some of the most iconic landmarks in the region. With an extensive 25 years of experience that has cemented him as a pillar in Real Estate Development, he has led the Design, Procurement, and Construction Management of projects with billions of US dollars in value that are some of the Middle East ‘s most attractive destinations, some of which are The Great Library of Alexandria, The Four Seasons Hotel at Nile Plaza in Cairo, Dubai Harbour, The Box Park and Marsa Al Seef, in Dubai. Eng. El Nady holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, and is certified by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dr. Abdel Moneim Elsaid is an HR professional with 23 years’ experience bridging the gap between academia and industry. He was the HR Advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Finance, Chief HR Officer (CHRO) of Orascom Development Egypt, and FMCG Division HR Manager of Americana Group. He provided HR consulting services to 34 organizations in which he has built a dynamic and proactive working practice that has allowed an agile workforce across different industries. He received his post graduate education (MBA & PhD) from Southern Illinois University USA, in 2002, and 2005.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dory has continuously proven his strengths in business re-engineering, internal control, risk management, and driving financial performance, while also analyzing complex data to facilitate decision-making strategies. During his two-decade career, he has spearheaded several projects and initiatives to augment revenue and cash flows. He has been instrumental in implementing financial strategy, policies and procedures and financial control frameworks that has allowed some of Egypt biggest developers to achieve their financial objectives and stability. Mr. Dory has received his Bachelor in Foreign Trade and his MBA in Business Administration.
Chief Technical Officer
With a track record in delivering multi-million dollar residential and commercial construction projects over the span of a 20-year international career, Eng. Agameya has placed his mark across the region from Kazakhstan, UAE, and Egypt. He has been implementing his work methodology for planning construction, risk management and procurement that has allowed him to excel in the technical aspects of engineering, project control and construction management. Agameya has earned his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2002
Head of Legal Affairs
A highly accomplished corporate and commercial legal professional with over 20 years of experience, Abdel Razek has gained extensive experience in real estate development, retail, consumer finance, leisure, and entertainment industries. His experience across multiple industries has equipped him with extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and restructuring, risk management, joint ventures, and M&As. Abdel Razek has earned his bachelor’s degree in Law from Cairo University in 2003.
